{"id":1250,"date":"2014-04-07T15:28:55","date_gmt":"2014-04-07T14:28:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.forde.ch\/?page_id=1250"},"modified":"2014-04-07T15:28:55","modified_gmt":"2014-04-07T14:28:55","slug":"dores-et-deja","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/themontesinosfoundation.org\/forde\/archives-2\/2002-2004\/dores-et-deja\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u2019ORES ET DEJA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Le collectif FLEX, Angela Marzullo, Nicolas Joos, Hanspeter Meyer<\/h2>\n<p>Exposition 17 au 31 octobre 2003<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le titre \u00ab\u00a0D&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire du lieu &#8211; une galerie \/ une usine de d\u00e9grossissage d&rsquo;or &#8211; , et par extension \u00e0 la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 de cet espace &#8211; dans les traces qu&rsquo;il g\u00e9n\u00e8re ou les structures ou repr\u00e9sentations qu&rsquo;il sugg\u00e8re &#8211; .Les artistes invit\u00e9s se proposent alors de tenir compte, d&rsquo;infiltrer l&rsquo;architecture du b\u00e2timent pour y tracer leurs propres signes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FLEX est un collectif cr\u00e9\u00e9 en novembre 02 par Carola Burgi, Saskia Edens, Christian Gr\u00e4ser, Fran\u00e7oise Kohler, Niklaus Strobel et Monika von Aarburg. Sur la base d\u2019affinit\u00e9s et de sensibilit\u00e9s communes,il r\u00e9unit des artistes ayant fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 l\u2019Ecole sup\u00e9rieure des Beaux-Arts de Gen\u00e8ve \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90, et provenant de diff\u00e9rents champs artistiques et contemporains. Les interventions de FLEX consistent \u00e0 investir divers lieux d\u2019exposition selon des modalit\u00e9s souples int\u00e9grant les recherches individuelles de chaque artiste du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Saskia Edens explore le rapport entre le corps et la surface d\u2019appui des pieds, le sol, en modifiant les rep\u00e8res et les sensations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la verticalit\u00e9; elle s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse parfois aussi aux traces laiss\u00e9es par ce contact. Pour \u00ab\u00a0D\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb, elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019investir un trou d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant dans le sol de la galerie. Dans sa projection, sauvage, louve, instinctive, une femme se tient accroupie, de dos. Sorte de personnage de conte, elle semble \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de veille cependant que des gouttes d&rsquo;eau tombent sur son corps. Elle porte des bas pourvu de coussinets sous la plante des pieds, lesquels laissent des empreintes de pattes de loup. Christian Gr\u00e4ser pr\u00e9sente un travail qui souligne et met en avant la spatialit\u00e9 du lieu. Il installe, au plafond, un faisceau de tuyaux rigides se croisant tous en en m\u00eame point, sorte de cristallisation de points de fuite d\u00e9centr\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de la salle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Monika von Aarburg a men\u00e9 une recherche sur le b\u00e2timent et propose une peinture murale \u00e0 partir d\u2019un des nombreux documents &#8211; concernant\u00a0l&rsquo;Usine de d\u00e9grossissage d&rsquo;or &#8211; qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9couverts enconsultant diff\u00e9rentes archives. Intrigu\u00e9e par l\u2019histoire du lieu et les activit\u00e9s qui s&rsquo;y sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, elle a suivi son envie \u00a0et sa curiosit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 aboutir \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;une image \u00e9tant destin\u00e9e \u00e0 faire corps avec l\u2019architecture, puisqu\u2019au terme de l\u2019exposition, celle-ci sera simplement recouverte de peinture, s&rsquo;inscrivant comme trace pr\u00e9sente mais invisible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carola B\u00fcrgi travaille beaucoup avec la transparence de certains mat\u00e9riaux en interaction avec la lumi\u00e8re. Sa projection \u00e0 Forde sur un plastique transparent alimentaire constiue une intervention sous la forme d\u2019un volume questionnant la fronti\u00e8re entre le tangible et l\u2019intangible, parcouru de formes projet\u00e9es participant \u00e0 la fois de l&rsquo;eau, du mouvement et de la lumi\u00e8re. Fran\u00e7oise Kohler associe librement le texte et l\u2019image. Dans sa vid\u00e9o \u00ab\u00a0Near\u00a0\u00bb, la bande son est constitu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;enregistrement d&rsquo;un criminaliste abordant certains aspects de son travail, en particulier la prise d&#8217;empreintes d&rsquo;oreilles sur les portes \u00a0d&rsquo;appartement fractur\u00e9s. Les images constituent autant d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments en mouvement d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate partielle mettant en jeu diff\u00e9rents espaces, lieux de passage ou de transformation. Pour cette exposition, c&rsquo;est sur la porte de la galerie, lieu de transit, de traces, que s&rsquo;inscrira cette projection.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Angela Marzullo analyse la situation du spectateur aux prises avec une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019art contemporain interactive. Elle caricature une installation ne marchant qu\u2019en d\u00e9calage et faisant attendre le visiteur, pour que finalement, il se prenne un coup de poing dans la figure, adress\u00e9e par une belle boxeuse. \u00a0 Nicolas Joos profitera du vernissage de l\u2019exposition pour lancer une petite mixette qui connecte six cam\u00e9ras de surveillances install\u00e9es dans l\u2019espace d\u2019exposition.
